General Terms
We reserve the right to revise the "Terms of Use" from time to time without any prior notice. All changes will become effective immediately upon posting and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions even updated after submission/listing of your site.
Once your site has been added to Best Web Directory, you are NOT entitled to ask for a refund and/or a charge back.

Site Usage
With your submission, you agree to:- Give us the full right to change/modify any information submitted. This includes description of your submission as well as title of your listing.
- Give us the right to change/move your listing to any category we find appropriate at any given time.
- Give us the right to blog/post about your site the way we like. This included pointing out mistakes and/or issues that we feel need your attention.
- Give us the right to suspend/remove your listing even after approval if the content has been changed and/or site has turned into something different and/or it's not following our submission rules.
Best Web Directory Limitations - By submitting payment with your listing, you are requesting review of your site. Payment does not guarantee you a definite placement.
- If the submitted site doesn't meet our criteria, has not been followed by the submission guidelines, or broken links are found, you'll get refunded after the deduction of review fees.
- If your site is violating DMCA or we get any complain about it, we reserve the right to investigate it further and if your site is found guilty, we reserve the right to delete it without giving you a refund.
- At "Best Web Directory" we keep track of all listed sites and review them from time to time to keep our standards. We reserve the right to take action (Remove/Make Inactive/Issue you a warning) if your site is found to be not following our terms even if it has been accepted in our initial review.
- We currently accept review fee through PayPal, MoneyBookers and Egold. We reserve the right to change our payment method anytime we want.
- Site reviews will be completed in 48 hours or less.
- Currently Best Web Directory is accepting one time review fee (Permanent listings), but we retain the right to convert to a yearly review fee (Yearly listings) at any time.
