1. How can I add a site?
  Select a category that is most suitable for your site and click the Submit Link that appears on top of the page. After that select the appropriate option (Regular/Featured) for adding your site and follow the instruction given there. You can also read a detailed version of our Submission Guidelines. If you still have any query, feel free to Contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
 
2. In what time my site will be listed in the directory?
  If your site completely meets our guidelines, it will be listed within 48 hours. Usually, it takes us 12 to 24 hours to review submission but it can vary depending on number of submissions in our queue. If you have followed our guidelines, you can pretty much expect a reply within 24 hours.
 
3. I followed everything but still my site is not accepted?
  If your site is not accepted, you will be getting a follow up email from us explain the reason of your rejection. You can surely re-submit after following up our email. You will also be getting a refund of your submission fee.
 
4. I want to modify my listing, how can I do it?
  Currently we do not have any online method from where you can update/modify your listing. (We plan to add this feature soon) For now, you can send us an email using the same email ID you used for submission and let us know what you want to change. Keep in mind that all changes are verified by our editor and we reserve the right to accept/reject the changes you asked for.
 
5. How can I add/suggest a category?
  You can simply use Contact us form and let us know what category you need. If we will not find any suitable alternative, we will surely add it for you.
 
6. Can I upgrade my listing?
  Yes, you can. To upgrade your listing, kindly send us your request by using Contact us form and we will be in contact with you. You will need to pay the difference of amount you initially paid and the current price of the listing type.
 
7. I have a lot of sites that I would like to add to your directory. Do you give any discounts for a large number of sites?
  Yes, we give such discounts. Please note that the discount depends on number of submissions as well as submission type (Featured/Regular). Please, Contact us using our contact form and we will discuss the details individually.
 
8. If my site is not accepted into your directory, can I get my money back?
  You will certainly be getting a refund from us. However, in some cases, we will deduct a small fee to cover our "Payment processing" or "review" charges.
 
9. How long will my listing remain in the directory?
  All listings are lifetime listings (permanent). Now you may ask, what is the lifetime of this directory?? All we can say is, as long as we are in operation and have our online presence, your listing will remain there. Still, it is safe to consider "lifetime" as "3 years" from the date of your submission.
 
10. Will you be using my email for advertising?
  NO! We take the privacy of our clients very seriously. So rest assured, we will not be disclosing your email to anyone. We do not operate any kind of email advertising however, if we need to contact you regarding your listing, you will be getting an email directly from us.
 
11. How to find Link-ID of my listing?
  It's so simple. Just look at your listing detail page. 
For example, have a look at Alive Web Directory. The number at the end of title is your Link-ID. (In this example, Link-ID is 48
